ADDITIONAL SERVICES ATTACHMENT Clause Samples
The Additional Services Attachment clause defines the process and terms under which services beyond the original agreement may be requested and provided. Typically, this clause outlines how parties can propose, approve, and document extra work, such as through written change orders or supplemental agreements, and may specify how additional fees or timelines will be handled. Its core function is to ensure that any expansion of the project's scope is managed transparently and with mutual consent, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes over unanticipated work.
