Additional Services Agreement. If the Merchant requests to obtain additional services from MoneySwap, not mentioned in this Agreement, an additional services agreement shall be executed by the parties. The additional services agreement shall include but not limited to operating terms, expectancy and other customary provisions. Further, the Merchant agrees to bear the additional charges for providing the additional services by MoneySwap.

The referring PO will complete an agreed upon referral form designating the services selected. Contractor will confirm availability of services, establish a start date, and return the referral form to the PO and the designated State staff.

Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
