Common use of Additional Service Payment Clause in Contracts

Additional Service Payment. The Purchaser shall be required to make, -------------------------- at the request of the Grantor, additional payments in respect of the right of use granted under this Agreement, or the Right of Use Agreement, for access connection rearrangement requested by the Purchaser as set forth in Schedule III to this Agreement and such other reasonable costs in respect of additional services or equipment to be provided hereunder or in connection herewith as the parties shall mutually agree.
