Additional Separation Benefits. Furthermore, subject to, and in consideration for, your execution of Exhibit B to this Agreement within five days after your Last Day, and provided you comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Exhibit B, your Confidentiality Agreement, and all Company policies, the Company will provide you with the additional consideration set forth in Exhibit B.
