ADDITIONAL RULES OR REGULATIONS MAY BE IMPOSED. ‌ UTTC may impose additional reasonable rules or regulations beyond those stated in this Lease that promote the convenience, safety, and welfare of the tenants in the use and occupancy of the housing units, the UTTC campus and housing common areas. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to comply any of additional rules or regulations that may be imposed. Each Tenant will receive notice of any additional rules or regulations that are issued; they may also be posted on bulletin boards or posted electronically on the My UTTC website.
