Additional Revenue. A. Subject to compliance with Governing Athletics Regulations, including but not limited to current NCAA Bylaw 11.2.2 and 11.3.2, and LSU Permanent Memorandum 11 (“PM-11”), EMPLOYEE may earn or receive other revenue (“Additional Revenue”) while employed by LSU, including working with sports camps or clinics, provided, however, that EMPLOYEE shall obtain prior written approval from the President before engaging in any commercial or private venture, including the use of EMPLOYEE’s name by any commercial, public or private entity, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. EMPLOYEE shall report annually to the President and the Athletic Director, in writing, in compliance with NCAA Bylaws 11.2.2, 11.3.2.1, and 11.3.2.1.1, and any applicable LSU policy, all athletically-related income or benefits received by EMPLOYEE from sources outside LSU, and LSU shall have reasonable access to all records of EMPLOYEE to verify this report.
