Common use of Additional Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Additional Restrictions. 2.1 You agree not to harm or interfere with Apple’s networks or servers, or any third party servers or networks connected to the Game Center service, or otherwise disrupt other developers' or end-users’ use of the Game Center. You agree that, except for testing and development purposes, You will not create false accounts through the use of the Game Center service or otherwise use the Game Center service to misrepresent information about You or Your Application in a way that would interfere with an end-users’ use of the Game Center service, e.g., creating inflated high scores through the use of cheat codes or falsifying the number of user accounts for Your Application.
