Additional Requirements Concerning Sensitive Security Information. The Contractor must protect, and take measures to assure that its Subcontractors protect, “sensitive information” made available during the course of administering an Authority Contract or Subcontract in accordance with 49 U.S.C. Section 40119(b) and implementing DOT regulations, “Protection of Sensitive Security Information,” 49 CFR Part 15, and with 49 U.S.C. Section 114(s) and implementing Department of Homeland Security regulations, “Protection of Sensitive Security Information,” 49 CFR Part 1520.
