Common use of Additional Request Requirements Clause in Contracts

Additional Request Requirements. In addition to the requirements of Subparagraph 22A, the request for a WA must provide: (1) evidence the crop is commercially grown in the area; (2) evidence a viable marketing outlet is available; and (3) for any irrigated practice, the water source, method of irrigation, and the amount of water needed for an irrigated practice for the crop and its adequacy.
