Additional Reports and Services Requested by User. Upon written request from the User from time to time, but subject to agreement by FPS after receipt of any such request, FPS shall use its best efforts to provide and perform additional data processing reports and services which the User may reasonably need. The User agrees to pay reasonable charges for the development and use of such additional reports and services.

The last sentence in this section shall be changed to read as follows: FPS will notify the User of the time frame and charges to complete such services, at which time the User agrees to notify FPS of its intent to have such modifications made to the system, and to pay reasonable charges for the development and use of such additional reports and services.
