Common use of Additional Regulations Clause in Contracts

Additional Regulations. (1) The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program (“TANF”), 45 CFR Parts 260-265, the Social Services Block Grant (“SSBG”), 42 U.S.C. 1397d, and other applicable federal regulations and policies promulgated thereunder. (2) Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, 20 U.S.C. 1681, et seq., which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs. (3) Section 654 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 9849, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, handicap, political affiliation or beliefs. (4) The Pro-Children Act: Contractor agrees to comply with the Pro-Children Act of 1994, 20 U.S.C. 6083.
