ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS SUB-CONTRACTING. 7.1 Any sub-contracting shall be in accordance with the sub-contracting requirements of the other Party. 7.2 The Conformity Assessment Bodies shall record and retain details of its investigation of the competence and compliance of its subcontractors and maintain a register of all sub-contracting. These details will be available to the other Party on request.
