Additional Programs. The services provided by ▇▇▇ to the School under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, providing the educational program described in the Charter Contract, as the same may change from time to time. The Board may decide to provide additional programs, including, but not limited to, summer school. The School may also purchase additional services from EVE at a mutually agreeable cost.
