Common use of Additional Portfolios Clause in Contracts

Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Portfolios listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Portfolios listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder. Each such writing shall be considered an amendment to, and become a part of, this Agreement.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares Shares, in addition to the Portfolios those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Administrator on behalf of the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunderhereunder by the parties amending the Schedule A to include the additional series.

In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to the Portfolios listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Administrator on behalf of the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing; and, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, then each such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder, and Schedule A shall thereupon be amended to add the name of each such new Portfolio.
