In the event that the Fund establishes one or more Portfolios in addition to those identified in Exhibit 1, with respect to which the Fund desires to have FDISG render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, the Fund shall so notify FDISG in writing, and if FDISG agrees in writing to provide such services, Exhibit 1 shall be amended to include such additional Portfolios.
