ADDITIONAL POLICIES AUTHORIZED. The Flood Diversion Board of Authority may, in its discretion, procure coverage for the P3 Developer, its subcontractors, financiers, successors or assigns, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a P3 Agreement, or other parties as needed and deemed necessary by the Flood Diversion Board.
