ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS. 5.1 Beside the agreed consideration, the Purchaser/s herein shall also pay to the Developer- Vendor herein the additional payments as mentioned, explained, enumerated, provided and given at and under PART–I of the SIXTH SCHEDULE and also shall pay and deposits all as mentioned in Part – II of the Sixth Schedule hereunder written.

The Purchaser shall also pay to the Developer the Variable Additional Payments mentioned in Part-I of the Fourth Schedule hereto 5.2 The Purchaser shall also pay to the Developer and/or the Maintenance Agency the amounts of the Deposits mentioned in Part-II of the Fourth Schedule hereto together with applicable Service Tax thereon by negotiable instruments payable at Kolkata.
