Additional Participants. 5.1Additional entities may be added as Participants to this Agreement by executing and delivering additional joinder counterpart signature pages to this Agreement signed by such new Participant and by the Company, and such entity shall be deemed a “Participant” for all purposes hereunder. No action or consent by the other Participants shall be required for such joinder to this Agreement by such additional Participant.
