Common use of Additional Participants Clause in Contracts

Additional Participants. With the consent of the other Party, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed, other employees of either Party or any of its Affiliates involved in the Research, Development, Manufacturing, or Commercialization of any Candidates or Products may attend meetings of the JSC or any Subcommittee as non-voting participants. In addition, with the consent of each Party, consultants, representatives, or advisors involved in the Research, Confidential Portions of this Exhibit marked as [***] have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment and have been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential Treatment Requested by Homology Medicines, Inc. Development, Manufacturing, or Commercialization of any Candidates or Products may attend meetings of the JSC or any Subcommittee as non-voting observers; provided, however, that such Third Party participants and observers are under written obligations of confidentiality and non-use applicable to the Confidential Information of each Party that are at least as stringent as those set forth in Article 13 (Confidentiality).
