Additional Notices to Lender Sample Clauses

Additional Notices to Lender. Borrower shall give Lender 45 days' prior written notice of any change: (i) in the location of any of the facilities of Borrower described in Section 8.22; (ii) in the location of the collateral securing Borrower's obligations to Lender pursuant to this Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the Related Documents, including, without limitation, the books and records of Borrower; or (iii) of the names under which it does business.
