Common use of Additional Load and Excess Load Clause in Contracts

Additional Load and Excess Load. In the event that a review of the Developer’s development agreement for this Property (the “Development Agreement”), designs, plans and/or other development documentation and with each design submitted (collectively, the “Developer’s Documentation”) indicates that the Developer’s projected electrical load (the “Projected Load”) may exceed the Developer’s Minimum Load, the following calculation shall be made for each occurrence: = ( ) − Where: AEL = Additional Load and, if applicable, any Excess Load.
