Common use of Additional Insurance Clause in Contracts

Additional Insurance. In addition to the insurance described above, Tenant shall maintain such additional insurance upon notice from Landlord as may be reasonably required from time to time by any Facility Mortgagee and shall further at all times maintain adequate workers’ compensation coverage and any other coverage required by Legal Requirements for all Persons employed by Tenant on the Leased Property in accordance with Legal Requirements.

Such worker’s compensation insurance shall be in accordance with Legal Requirementsthe requirements of applicable local, state and federal law.

In addition to the insurance described above, Tenant shall maintain such additional insurance upon notice from Landlord as may be reasonably required from time to time by Landlord or any Facility Landlord’s Mortgagee which is consistent with insurance coverage in the city, county and state where the Premises is located, or required pursuant to any applicable Legal Requirement and shall further at all times maintain adequate workers’ worker’s compensation insurance coverage and any other coverage required by Legal Requirements for all Persons persons employed by Tenant on the Leased Property Premises, in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements.

In addition to the insurance described above, Tenant shall maintain such additional insurance upon notice from Landlord as may be reasonably required from time to time by any Facility Mortgagee Landlord and shall further at all times maintain adequate workers’ compensation coverage and any other coverage required by Legal Requirements for all Persons employed by Tenant on the Leased Property Premises in accordance with Legal Requirements.

In addition to the insurance described above, Tenant shall maintain such additional insurance upon notice from Landlord as may be reasonably required from time to time by Landlord or any Facility Mortgagee which is consistent with insurance coverage for similar buildings in the city, county and state where the Leased Property is located, or required pursuant to any applicable Legal Requirement and shall further at all times maintain adequate workers’ worker’s compensation insurance coverage and any other coverage required by Legal Requirements for all Persons persons employed by Tenant on the Leased Property Property, in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements.
