Common use of Additional Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Additional Insurance Requirements. Not in limitation of any provision of the Operative Agreements but in addition thereto, Lessee shall obtain any and all additional insurance policies (including without limitation with respect to Condemnation) with regard to the Properties or otherwise with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements as requested from time to time by Lessor.

Additional Insurance Requirements. Not in limitation of any provision of the Operative Agreements but in addition thereto, Lessee shall obtain any and all additional insurance policies (including without limitation with respect to Condemnation) with regard to the Properties Property or otherwise with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements as requested reasonably from time to time by LessorLessor provided, however, such additional policies and coverages are customarily carried by owners of comparable properties in the vicinity of the applicable Property.

Not in limitation of any provision of the Operative Agreements but in addition thereto, Lessee shall obtain any and all additional insurance policies (including without limitation with respect to Condemnation) with regard to the Properties or otherwise with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements that are consistent with that carried by similarly situated companies in similar geographic areas conducting business similar to that conducted by Lessee as reasonably requested from time to time by Lessor.

Not in limitation of any provision of the Operative Agreements but in addition thereto, Lessee shall obtain obtain, if requested by the Lessor, any and all additional insurance policies (including without limitation with respect to Condemnation) with regard to the Properties or otherwise with respect to the type of transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements as requested from time to time by Lessorare customary for the Lessee or for the self-storage industry in the respective locations of the Properties.

Not in limitation of any provision of the Operative Agreements but in addition thereto, Lessee shall obtain any and all additional insurance policies (including without limitation with respect to Condemnation) with regard to the Properties or otherwise with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements as reasonably requested from time to time by LessorLessor as are then customarily required of similarly situated companies conducting business similar to that conducted by Lessee.
