Common use of Additional Insurance Conditions Clause in Contracts

Additional Insurance Conditions. The following apply to the Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractor: Contractor’s policy(ies) shall be primary insurance to any other valid and collectible insurance available to GRPUC.
