Additional Information for Unresolved Claims. If a Claim has not been resolved, the party making the Claim shall, within ten (10) days after the Architect’s preliminary response, take one or more of the following actions: (a) submit additional supporting data requested by the Architect, (b) modify the initial Claim, or (c) notify the Architect that the initial Claim stands.
