Common use of Additional Documents and Instruments Clause in Contracts

Additional Documents and Instruments. At the request of the Administrative Agent, the Company will or will cause all other Borrowers, as the case may be, from time to time to execute, by its duly authorized officers, alone or with the Administrative Agent, any certificate, instrument, financing statement, control agreement, statement or document, or to procure any such certificate, instrument, statement or document, or to take such other action (and pay all connected costs) which the Administrative Agent reasonably deems necessary from time to time to create, continue or preserve the liens and security interests in Collateral (and the perfection and priority thereof) of the Administrative Agent contemplated hereby and by the other Loan Documents and specifically including all Collateral acquired by the Borrowers after the Closing Date.
