the Administrative Agent, elects to become a \u201cLender\u201d under this Agreement in connection with any transaction described in Section 2.01(b)(i) shall execute a New Lender Supplement (each, a \u201cNew Lender Supplement\u201d), substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2, whereupon such bank, financial institution or other entity (a \u201cNew Lender\u201d) shall become a Lender for all
