Common use of Additional Collateral Actions Clause in Contracts

Additional Collateral Actions. Each Borrower shall perform any and all further steps requested by Agent to perfect Agent's security interest in Inventory, such as leasing warehouses to Agent or its designee, placing and maintaining signs, appointing custodians, maintaining stock records and transferring Inventory to warehouses. A physical listing of all Inventory, wherever located, shall be taken by such Borrower whenever requested by Agent. Upon execution and delivery of any Lease by lessee and such Borrower, such Borrower shall cause the sole original thereof and/or schedule thereto to be delivered and pledged to Agent.
