Common use of Additional Closing Conditions Clause in Contracts

Additional Closing Conditions. Each and every one of the additional closing conditions, if any, required of Shareholder set forth in Schedule 8.10 attached hereto shall have been completed or fulfilled, as the case may be.

Additional Closing Conditions. Each and every one of the additional closing conditions, if any, required of Shareholder Shareholders set forth in Schedule 8.10 attached hereto shall have been completed or fulfilled, as the case may be.
