Additional Capital Contributions Permitted Only In Cash. All additional Capital Contributions to the Company, whenever made, shall be made exclusively in U.S. dollars and in immediately available funds. Open futures and forward positions may, if at all, only be accepted as Capital Contributions at the time of an initial Member’s initial capital contribution, and only subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and such Member shall provide the company with the tax basis and fair market value of any Non-Section 1256 Contracts contributed to the Company.
