Common use of Additional Bonds Clause in Contracts

Additional Bonds. In addition to the Series 2017 Bonds to be executed and delivered under the Indenture, the Authority may, from time to time at the request of the City, but only upon satisfaction of the conditions to the execution and delivery of Additional Bonds set forth in Sections 2.11 and 2.12 of the Indenture, enter into a Supplemental Indenture to authorize Additional Bonds the proceeds of which may be used as provided in Section 2.11 of the Indenture and as provided in the Supplemental Indenture; provided that prior to or concurrently with the execution and delivery of the Additional Bonds, the City and the Authority shall have entered into an amendment to this Lease providing for any required adjustment in the Base Rental Payments to be made hereunder to pay Debt Service on such Additional Bonds, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 6.01(c) hereof.
