Final Authority In case of dispute with respect to credits or deductions, the decision of the Board shall be final subsequent to prior consultation between the employee concerned and the administrative officials.

Competent Authorities The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities.
Governmental Entities 23.1 For those customers, which are government entities, provisions within this agreement will apply to the extent the agency is not legally barred from executing such provisions by State or Federal law. LEGAL AUTHORITY The Contractor warrants and assures H-GAC that it possesses adequate legal authority to enter into this Agreement. The Contractor's governing body, where applicable, has authorized the signatory official(s) to enter into this Agreement and bind the Contractor to the terms of this Agreement and any subsequent amendments hereto.
General Authority The Owner Trustee is authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Basic Documents to which the Trust is to be a party and each certificate or other document attached as an exhibit to or contemplated by the Basic Documents to which the Trust is to be a party and any amendment or other agreement or instrument described herein, as evidenced conclusively by the Owner Trustee's execution thereof. In addition to the foregoing, the Owner Trustee is authorized, but shall not be obligated, except as otherwise provided in this Trust Agreement, to take all actions required of the Trust pursuant to the Basic Documents.
Governmental Authorizations Any registration, declaration or filing with, or consent, approval, license, permit or other authorization or order by, or exemption or other action of, any governmental, administrative or regulatory authority, domestic or foreign, that was or is required in connection with the valid execution, delivery, acceptance and performance by such Member under this Agreement or consummation by such Member (or any of its Affiliates) of any transaction contemplated hereby has been completed, made or obtained on or before the date hereof.
Medical Authorization In the event of illness or injury while participating in the above referenced activity, I hereby consent to whatever x-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical, surgical, dental diagnosis or treatment, hospital care and emergency transportation from a licensed physician, surgeon, and/or dentist as deemed necessary for my safety and welfare.
