Additional Approval by Implementing Committee and EAA. A Nonroutine AMP Decision involving an increase in the Annual Program Budget will require approval by the Implementing Committee and the EAA Board of Directors. A Nonroutine AMP Decision that requires an amendment, transfer, or adjustment to the Annual Program Budget will be subject to applicable EAA budgeting, procurement, and disbursement policies and procedures.
