Additional Amendment Effectiveness. Section 2.01 of this Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Additional Amendment Effective Date”) on which: (a) this Amendment shall have been executed and delivered by the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders; and (b) all conditions set forth in Section 1.02 of this Amendment shall have been satisfied.
