Additional Activities Approved by Biogen. If, with respect to a particular Collaboration Program, Biogen desires that either Ionis or a Third Party [***] or conduct other work to support Approval of a Collaboration Product, including [***], prior to the License Effective Date, and Ionis agrees to perform such work, Biogen will pay the costs of conducting such work using the payment mechanisms set forth in Section 1.14.
