Addition of an L/C Issuer. A Working Capital RC Lender may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such Working Capital RC Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the Working Capital RC Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
