Common use of Addition of an L/C Issuer Clause in Contracts

Addition of an L/C Issuer. A U.S. Revolving Credit Lender reasonably acceptable to the Parent Borrower and the Administrative Agent may become an additional L/C Issuer hereunder pursuant to a written agreement among the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and such U.S. Revolving Credit Lender. The Administrative Agent shall notify the U.S. Revolving Credit Lenders of any such additional L/C Issuer.
