Addiction. Both parties of this Collective Agreement do hereby recognize the addictions as defined under the Human Rights Code can successfully be treated and controlled. The parties of this Agreement therefore pledge their co-operation in the early identification, counselling, and subsequent treatment of any employee covered by this Agreement.
