Common use of Adaptive Management Clause in Contracts

Adaptive Management. 10.1 Permittee-initiated adaptive management. Permittee will implement the adaptive management provisions in section 4.5 of the HCP, when changes in management practices are necessary to achieve the HCP’s biological objectives, or to respond to monitoring results or new scientific information.
