Adaptations. 3.10 Subject to clause 2.3, the licences granted under this Agreement will not extend to or permit any adaptation of any Repertoire Work to be copied or communicated to the public as part of the Licensed Services unless the relevant Rights Holder (on behalf of its members or Affiliated Society) has consented in writing to such adaptation. By way of example only, this applies to:
Adaptations. 8.1 For enterprises that for technical reasons are unable to follow these guidelines in full, agreement on the necessary adaptations or transitional arrangements may be made in consultation with the parties to the agreement.
Adaptations. To translate, adapt, arrange, change, transpose, add to and subtract from the Work and title thereof to such extent as Purchaser may desire, to make remakes or sequels to and new versions and adaptations of the Work or any part or parts thereof (including the right to make television series), to use excerpts from the Work for the title, subtitles, text and dialogue of such motion pictures, to interpolate other material in such motion pictures, and to use the Work or any part or parts thereof or the title, theme and characters thereof in conjunction with any other literary, dramatic, musical or other material of any kind in the making of such motion pictures and the advertising, exploitation and publicizing thereof.
Adaptations. (a) Any adaptations to meet special needs of yourself or a member of your family to your home are our property and are provided on licence only; examples of adaptations are given in the Tenants’ handbook.
Adaptations. We have offered you a property suitable for your needs and by signing this agreement you accept the property with any adaptations it may already have. We will not remove, or allow you to remove, any adaptations already installed in the property such as level access shower or stair lift. We will not usually make any adaptations to general purpose accommodation. If your needs change and you require specific adaptations we will help you move to other suitable accommodation where this is available. Further details are given in our Adaptations Policy which is available on request.
Adaptations. The extension, adaptation or supplementation of HiCo standard products or third-party products by HiCo-ICS, based on special or individual customer requirements (individual software).
Adaptations. If the relevant applicable Legal Provisions are changed so that this Agreement conflicts with them, or if a decision by a court, an administrative authority or a regulator requires the modification of this Agreement, the TSOs shall, to the extent legally possible, negotiate in good faith to replace the affected provisions with provisions that (i) comply with the new legislation or decision referred to above and (ii) correspond as closely as possible to the original intentions of the TSOs.
Adaptations. If necessary, "LESSEE" will perform, at its expense, all work required to adapt the "REAL ESTATE".
Adaptations. To the extent that the Organization creates any Adaptation (as defined in the Usage Guidelines) of the Content, the Organization hereby transfers and assigns sole copyright to each Adaptation, on a rolling basis upon creation, to Core. During the Term, Core grants back to the Organization a non- exclusive license to use the Adaptation on the same terms and restrictions as the Content is licensed to the Organization under this Agreement.
Adaptations. 5.1 This agreement shall apply to each Adaptation of any Work (whether the Adaptation is one in existence now or made at any time in the future) the making of which has been licensed by or with the authority of the Member or by the original owner or any successor in title to the original owner.
