Adaptations. To translate, adapt, arrange, change, transpose, add to and subtract from the Work and title thereof to such extent as Purchaser may desire, to make remakes or sequels to and new versions and adaptations of the Work or any part or parts thereof (including the right to make television series), to use excerpts from the Work for the title, subtitles, text and dialogue of such motion pictures, to interpolate other material in such motion pictures, and to use the Work or any part or parts thereof or the title, theme and characters thereof in conjunction with any other literary, dramatic, musical or other material of any kind in the making of such motion pictures and the advertising, exploitation and publicizing thereof.

Subject to clause 2.3, the licences granted under this Agreement will not extend to or permit any adaptation of any Repertoire Work to be copied or communicated to the public as part of the Licensed Services unless the relevant Rights Holder (on behalf of its members or Affiliated Society) has consented in writing to such adaptation. Adaptations. We have offered you a property suitable for your needs and by signing this agreement you accept the property with any adaptations it may already have. We will not remove, or allow you to remove, any adaptations already installed in the property such as level access shower or stair lift. We will not usually make any adaptations to general purpose accommodation. If your needs change and you require specific adaptations we will help you move to other suitable accommodation where this is available. Adaptations. (a) Any adaptations to meet special needs of yourself or a member of your family to your home are our property and are provided on licence only; examples of adaptations are given in the Tenants’ handbook.
(b) If the person who has need the use of the adaptation no longer lives in the Property (either because they have moved or died or because you have moved into an adapted home following an exchange) you must allow us to remove the adaptations which can then be used by some other tenant with special needs at a time convenient to both parties.
(c) We will make good any damage to the structure of the Property when removing adaptations and our “Decorating Allowance Procedure” will be used for any necessary redecorations.
