Actual Delivery Date Sample Clauses
The 'Actual Delivery Date' clause defines the specific date on which goods or services are physically delivered to the receiving party. In practice, this clause establishes a clear reference point for determining when obligations such as payment, risk transfer, or warranty periods begin. By precisely identifying the moment of delivery, it helps both parties avoid disputes over timing and ensures that contractual responsibilities are triggered appropriately.
