In practice, this clause specifies when and how the delivery must occur, such as the location, timing, and condition of the items being delivered, and may outline the responsibilities for confirming receipt. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of when delivery obligations are fulfilled, thereby reducing disputes and providing a basis for enforcing contractual rights or remedies if delivery does not occur as agreed.
