Actual Delay Sample Clauses

Actual Delay. If, due to an Excusable Delay, delivery of an Aircraft is delayed for more than 12 months beyond the month in which delivery is scheduled, and such right to terminate has not been waived under paragraph 6.2.1, either party may terminate this Agreement with respect to such Aircraft by giving written notice to the other within 15 days after the expiration of such 12-month period.
