Activities Prohibited. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of an employee organization such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature shall not be conducted during on-duty hours.

Lessee also agrees that the extreme southeast corner of the eastern most Xxxxxxx tract which serves as part of the Premises herein leased will be utilized for public parking spaces. A sketch of the Premises showing the location of the compressor room, southeast corner parking space, dumpster, outdoor restaurant seating, and Lessee’s parking lot is attached to this agreement as Exhibit B for reference purposes.
