Activities Except with the prior written consent of the Board, Executive will not during his employment with the Company undertake or engage in any other employment, occupation or business enterprise, other than ones in which Executive is a passive investor. Duties of Provider 5. D e-Identified Data. Section 5 (De-Identified Data) of Article IV (Duties of Provider) of the SDPA is hereby modified by deleting “indirectly” from the last sentence and by deleting the second to last sentence and replacing with the following sentence: “Except for Subprocessors, Provider agrees not to transfer de- identified Student Data to any party unless (a) that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identification, and (b) that party agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to Student Data privacy and security, all as may be amended from time to time.”

Description of Activities The objectives of the activities (Activities) to be financed under this Trust Fund are to contribute to: (a) enhanced capacity for effective policy formulation in the countries of grant recipients of the African Capacity Building Foundation (variously, “ACBF” or “Recipient”); and (b) improvements in the management of ACBF’s operations. The Activities consist of the following:
Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.
Co-Curricular Activities G. The enrollment of the student of employees who reside outside the District shall be subject to School Board Policy 3.02(3)f, Out-of-County Students.
Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).
