Active Pool. Employees in the Active Pool have been subject to and have complied with this Consortium Policy. To remain in the Active Pool, the employee shall remain constantly subject to this Substance Abuse Testing Program which includes Random testing. Employees with an Active Status are available for immediate placement without a test.
