Activation and Post-Activation Support. The Smart Devices and related software require, among other things, Buyer to download and use the Smart Devices' mobile applications and at least one active mobile device that is available for use. Each third party manufacturer, and not Seller, will be responsible for providing support to Buyer in connection with the applicable Smart Device. Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the support provided by such third party manufacturer, including any monitoring. Buyer's jurisdiction may require permitting, including a permit fee, for Buyer to obtain professional monitoring of certain Smart Devices, in which case Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining such permit and paying such fee.
