At the Closing, the Buyer shall make the Closing Date Payment to the Sellers, and deliver such other documents as are called for under this Agreement or reasonably requested by Sellers (including financial statements for the Buyer as of August 31, 1995 showing compliance with the financial condition requirement contained in Section 6.5.
