Actions Requiring Agents's Consent. (a) No action, amendment, or waiver of compliance with, any provision of the Loan Documents or of this Credit Agreement which affects any Agent in their respective capacity as an Agent may be undertaken without the written consent of such Agent. (b) No action referenced herein which affects the rights, duties, obligations, or liabilities of any Agent shall be effective without the written consent of such Agent.
