Actions, Proceedings, Etc. All actions, proceedings, instruments and documents required to carry out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and all other related legal matters shall have been taken, prepared and completed in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Sellers and their counsel; and the Sellers shall have been furnished with such other instruments and documents as they shall have reasonably requested.
